Wheelchair access
is available on the Grand Stand Ramp Seating. Special arrangements must be
made with Jason
Segers
on jsegers@wprugby.co.za or on 021
659 4600. Wheelchair access also available through the Chris Burger/Petro Jackson Players’
Fund Private Suite. For more information contact them on 021 683 0090.

| Parking: |
Public parking
available around the ground. The most popular parking spots are at Groote Schuur High School &
Primary School (off Palmyra Campground Road, Sans Souci Girls School
& Newlands Swimming Pool (Main Road Newlands). Costs range between R20
and R30 per vehicle. Boundary Road will be closed to traffic on match day.

| Refreshments at the Stadium: |
Full range of refreshments are on sale inside the ground,
including alcoholic (over 18’s only) and non-alcoholic beverages. Outside the ground, vendors also sell cooldrinks, hot dogs (boerewors rolls), burgers etc. No alcohol may be consumed in the stands.

| Purchasing tickets on Match Day | Newlands Rugby
Stadium Ticket office is situated next to the WP Rugby Shop in Boundary Road. (adjacent to the back of
the Grand Stand). The ticket office is open as from the Tuesday before the
match, as well as on match day, up until kick-off (depending on ticket
availability).For big matches (major
Vodacom Super 14 / Absa Currie Cup matches, semi
finals, finals and Test Matches), it is recommended that tickets are
purchased prior to arriving at the Stadium.

| What can I bring through the gates? |
No alcohol, cans or
glass bottles may be brought into the ground. Musical instruments of any
nature, including vuvuzela’s are not
permitted at rugby matches. Bags and coolers are subject to search on entry.

My seat and the weather: |
The sun sets behind
the Grand Stand, exposing the Railway Stand level 1 and 2 to sunshine. Grand Stand Level 1, 2, 3; Back of Railway Level 2 and Jan Pickard Level 2 are sheltered from sunshine in the afternoon.

| Discounted ticket prices: |
No discounted
pricing is available. All persons entering the stadium must be in possession

available to rent.Most private suites
at Newlands Rugby Stadium face the stands, but “blind” suites are

| First Aid, Safety and Medical Emergencies whilst at Newlands: |
Newlands Rugby
Stadium adheres to all security and safety requirements in accordance with
Disaster Management regulations.The
stadium is under 24 hour security surveillance and security staff, Metro Police officials and members of the SAPS are
on duty at all matches.Medical
officials are stationed on each level of each stand inside the ground. In
case of emergency notify nearest security official or contact ER 24 –
084 124.

| Information centre when at Newlands: |
WP Rugby Match Day
Office is located in the back of the Grand Stand, accessible from Boundary Road (outside the ground) or Grand Stand Level 1.The office is open from approximately 11am until kick-off. (Please note that this could vary
depending on the time and match).
Directional boards to the different stands / areas of the stadium are visible
outside the ground, on each corner of the stadium.

| A cancelled match: |
In the event of a
cancelled match, no refunds will be made. Should the event take place at a
later date the ticket will be valid for the later date.
